Koa4Sale is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

   All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. However, if a product is received in a condition that significantly deviates from its description or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within five (5) days of delivery.
